New Apple iPhone 3G Unboxing, Before Official Release

Just days before its official launch, someone or an employee has already gotten their hands on the iPhone 3G, as these images prove. Click here for more pictures of the iPhone 3G unboxing. Apparently it’s the 8GB version, and it certainly looks it, with its rounded back already carrying fingerprint smudges. The packaging is pretty convincing too, though we wonder about the folded-paper look on parts of it.
Cool, didn’t see this pre-release image before.
I’m actually planning on getting an iPhone 3G but don’t feel like waiting in line so I’m planning on buying it once Apple sorts out its shortages
